The hotel sits at Avenida de la Hispanidad 2–4 in an office park near the airport, with road access via the M-14 and A-2 motorways. It provides free roundtrip airport shuttle service operating roughly 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM and a free area shuttle to nearby points such as IFEMA. The surroundings are largely non-touristic with nothing within walking distance, making it suited for short airport overnights, conventions, and business stays rather than sightseeing. The property consists of two connected buildings opened around 2008–2009 with an atrium-style layout. Its 284 rooms include standard guest rooms, suites, and executive accommodations with contemporary décor, large windows, work desks, and modern bathrooms. Signature amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool with a retractable roof and hydrotherapeutic features between the towers, plus a fitness center with adjacent sauna and hammam. Dining centers on three venues in the main atrium tower: La Plaza for breakfast buffets with local and American options, Reserva Grill for Spanish meats and fish at lunch and dinner, and Ferrum Bar for cocktails, tapas, and light bites. Eligible Hilton Honors members often receive breakfast and access to an executive lounge with morning pastries and evening drinks.
March to May and September to October offer mild temperatures around 15–24°C/60–75°F and relatively low rainfall, ideal for sightseeing and often cheaper than peak summer.
July and August should be avoided because average highs frequently exceed 32–35°C (90–95°F), with heatwaves over 40°C/104°F, making sightseeing uncomfortable; this peak-summer period also brings higher prices and heavier crowds.
