“Marquis Faubourg Saint-Honoré is a 15-suite, all-suite boutique hotel occupying an 18th-century mansion at 8 rue d’Anjou in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, blending historic architectural details with contemporary design under SLH and Hilton Honors affiliation.”
The property sits in a quiet side street of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré district, within walking distance of Place de la Concorde, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Louvre, Palais Garnier, and major luxury boutiques along rue Saint-Honoré. Originally a private residence once associated with the Marquis de La Fayette, the mansion retains Versailles parquet flooring and Louis XVI marble fireplaces in many suites while offering city or courtyard views and furnished terraces in select accommodations. Interiors were created by designer Michele Bönan to evoke the feel of a private home, with an emphasis on personalised service and discretion. The hotel provides an on-site fitness centre, concierge assistance, room service, and breakfast served either in-suite or in a lounge setting. All 15 units are suites equipped with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and marble-accented bathrooms. As a Small Luxury Hotels of the World member participating in Hilton Honors, the hotel delivers an intimate scale and residential atmosphere alongside standard loyalty program benefits such as member rates and potential elite recognition.
March–May and September–October offer mild 10–21°C temperatures, long daylight and fewer extremes, while still outside the most expensive high-summer period and suitable for sightseeing.
July and August bring peak crowds, price spikes and frequent heat waves with daytime temperatures in the 80s°F (upper 20s–30°C), while late December is high season with elevated rates around Christmas and New Year, making points redemptions poorer value.
