“Alila Ventana Big Sur: adults-only all-inclusive clifftop resort on Highway 1. Cash runs $1,200–$3,000/night; book with World of Hyatt points + perks.”
Alila Ventana Big Sur sits on a 160-acre clifftop estate at 48123 Highway 1, between the Pacific and Los Padres National Forest about 30 miles south of Carmel. The resort is adults-only and all-inclusive: room rates cover three meals daily at The Sur House (the clifftop dining room), non-alcoholic beverages, daily yoga and guided hikes, and the two pools (one heated year-round). 59 keys split between Stargazer rooms, Mountain View rooms, and Ventana Suites. Social House handles afternoon snacks and evening cocktails. Observed cash runs $1,200 to $3,000 a night, with a $2,100 median, and the all-inclusive structure is unusual in the Hyatt portfolio.
Cash rates are re-checked by hand; live award pricing comes straight from the program rather than a number we publish here — see methodology.
