“Park Hyatt London River Thames: riverside Nine Elms hotel on the Thames; observed cash $445-$1,000 a night ($549 median). World of Hyatt elite perks.”
Park Hyatt London River Thames opened in late 2024 in Nine Elms, occupying the lower floors of one of two towers in a south-bank Thames development opposite the US Embassy. Its 203 keys start with a 74 m² (796 sq ft) Park King, generous floor area for London, and step up through Park Suite Deluxe, the suite tier most often confirmed via Suite Upgrade Awards. Observed cash rates run from $445 to $1,000 a night, with a $549 median. The all-day restaurant Nine Elms Kitchen & Terrace and the lobby Nine Elms Bar & Lounge anchor dining. The pool, spa, and gym are unusually large for central London.
Mild temperatures, relatively low rainfall, fewer crowds, better award availability, and lower prices during spring and early autumn off-season periods.
Peak season brings significantly higher hotel and flight prices and heavy crowds, including Wimbledon and school holidays; December holiday events also push room rates up despite cool, wet winter conditions.
Cash rates are re-checked by hand; live award pricing comes straight from the program rather than a number we publish here — see methodology.
