It features 225 modern rooms, a full-service restaurant and bar, strong business and events facilities, and direct mall access but no pool or full spa.”
The hotel occupies floors 4–8 of a building at 10A Chestnut Plaza within Westfield Stratford City, with the co-located Hyatt House on higher floors. Built in 2012 and renovated in 2022, it offers sleek contemporary rooms with plush beds, pillow menus, laptop-friendly workspaces, Smart TVs, marble vanities, walk-in showers, and views of the park or urban surroundings. Guests enjoy covered access to extensive retail, dining, cinema, and services at the mall, plus proximity to Aspers Casino and a pleasant walk to Olympic Park venues including London Stadium and the London Aquatics Centre.
Mild temperatures, relatively low rainfall, fewer crowds, better award availability, and lower prices during spring and early autumn off-season periods.
Peak season brings significantly higher hotel and flight prices and heavy crowds, including Wimbledon and school holidays; December holiday events also push room rates up despite cool, wet winter conditions.
Cash rates are re-checked by hand; live award pricing comes straight from the program rather than a number we publish here — see methodology.
