About the property

What makes Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa worth the points.

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa occupies a single private island ringed by a 360-degree house reef in the rarely-trafficked Gaafu Alifu Atoll, 400 km south of Malé. Reaching the resort takes a 1-hour Maldivian Air Taxi flight to Kooddoo plus a 40-minute speedboat. The 51 villas split between Park Villas (beach), Park Pool Villas (with private plunge pool), Water Villas, and Park Pool Water Villas. The Dining Room handles all-day buffet service and Globalist breakfast; The Island Grill runs sunset seafood; the Tree House sits five meters above the lagoon for sunset cocktails. Hadahaa opened as the program's first Maldives property in 2011.

When to go

Time it by season, not by luck.

Mid-December through April is the Maldives dry season and trends to peak pricing — cash rates routinely run above $2,000 a night.
May and June trend to the lowest-priced dates, with cash around $950–$1,200; some weather-driven schedule disruption is possible.
Late August through early October is the deepest value window for cash, often the cheapest of the year, but carries some monsoon risk.
Christmas and New Year's book to top pricing 12+ months ahead; expect the priciest cash dates of the year, above $2,500, for both holidays.
Fine print
  • · Suite Upgrade Awards (TSUs) typically confirm a Park Pool Villa from a Park Villa; Water Villas are excluded — they require a separate award category.
  • · Globalist breakfast is served at The Dining Room; in-villa breakfast is delivered only for Water Villas as part of the standard service, not as a Globalist amenity at beach villas.
