About the property

What makes Park Hyatt St. Kitts worth the points.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts sits on Banana Bay at the southern tip of St. Kitts within the master-planned Christophe Harbour development, looking across the channel to Nevis. The 124 rooms plus 47 suites open onto private terraces; ocean-view suites add rooftop plunge pools, and the One- and Two-Bedroom Villas extend to private sundecks. The dining program runs through Stone Barn (Caribbean–Asian tasting menus in a glass-walled greenhouse) and Fisherman's Village (beach-pavilion lunches and dinners). The resort opened in 2017 as the brand's only Caribbean property.

When to go

Time it by season, not by luck.

Mid-December through April is consistently peak Caribbean season — award pricing trends to its top tier and cash rates push past $2,500.
May through early June is the strongest shoulder window — award pricing trends to its lowest level and cash dips to $700–$900.
Mid-August through October is hurricane season — lowest-level award pricing with weather risk; resort operates with shortened hours late September into early October.
Christmas and New Year's weeks book to top-tier pricing 12+ months ahead; expect cash near $2,900.
Fine print
  • · Suite Upgrade Awards (TSUs) typically confirm a One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite; villas and the Presidential Suite are excluded.
  • · Globalist breakfast is served at Stone Barn or Fisherman's Village; in-villa breakfast is delivered for villas only as part of the residential program.
