The property sits at Rua da Junqueira 63–65 in a quieter, residential section of Belém with direct waterfront access and scenic views of the river and 25 de Abril Bridge. Its design uses clean lines, light oak, and muted tones throughout public spaces and accommodations, many of which include balconies and full kitchens in the apartment-style units. Wellness facilities center on the Serenity spa, which spans roughly 1,000 square meters with nine treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, and experiential showers. Shoulder-season months offer warm but not hot sightseeing weather around 18–23°C, low rainfall, long daylight, and are recommended for city walks and cultural activities while avoiding peak-summer crowds and prices.
July and especially August bring peak summer heat with average highs around 28–30°C, occasional very hot days, the year’s highest visitor crowds, and higher hotel rates.
