Located at 88 Broadway with entrance via 4 Central Park Avenue in Chippendale, the hotel occupies upper floors of a building in the Central Park redevelopment precinct. Opened in 2018, it features stylish, modern rooms with signature bedding, large work desks, flat-screen TVs with media hubs, tea and coffee facilities, minibars, in-room safes, and walk-in rainforest showers. Higher floors offer city views and quieter stays. The property sits between the university district and southern CBD edge, providing a youthful neighborhood atmosphere with nearby retail at Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park Mall. On-site amenities include DizzyBird Restaurant for all-day dining, Malt Bar for share plates and drinks, 24-hour room service, and a fitness center. Seven meeting rooms support events for up to around 180 people with complimentary Wi-Fi and AV equipment. A 24-hour front desk, concierge, laundry, multilingual staff, on-site parking with EV charging, and accessible rooms are also available. The 8-minute walk to Central Station supports easy rail access to the airport and across Sydney.
March, April and September–November offer mild temperatures, relatively low rainfall and shoulder-season pricing; spring is noted as the driest period, and spring/autumn have more affordable international flights than summer.
Peak Australian summer school and Christmas–New Year holidays make this the most expensive period, with high demand pushing up flight and accommodation prices; Sydney is also hotter and more humid, with higher rainfall and humidity concentrated from December to March.
