The hotel occupies a hilltop site at Rua D. Pedro V 56 J in the fashionable Príncipe Real neighborhood, a residential area known for antique shops, art galleries, concept stores, and 19th-century palaces repurposed by creatives. Its contemporary white minimalist cube design with glass and limestone façade contrasts with surrounding historic buildings while delivering near-universal city views from rooms and terraces. Interiors use relaxing earth tones, natural wood, and Portuguese blue-and-white azulejo tiles. The 41 rooms, built across four floors in 2016, include balconies and dedicated dressing areas. Nearly all rooms feature remarkable city views. Signature amenities center on the 24-hour heated outdoor pool and terrace with an al fresco bar, plus Café Príncipe Real, which serves Portuguese and international dishes inspired by Lusophone cultures from places such as Rio de Janeiro and Macau. The hotel offers complimentary walking tours, terrace yoga sessions, and in-room city guides but has no full-service spa.
