The beef is grass-fed, the eggs come from free-range hens, the vegetables are seasonal, local, and organic, and the flour, oil, cheese, wine, and other staples are organic as well.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires. I live several years outside between France, Germany and the United States. I know what the tourist is looking for and wants to see. Above all, I am passionate about my country and I really enjoy showing the visitor not only the fascinating history of Buenos Aires but also, as is the life and local culture in Argentina.
